A beatifull day is expected for most of Cuba, with sun and some clouds, which could bring sporadic and short-term showers until the dusk. In the Eastern part it will be mainly cloudy with some isolated showers which will dimisnish in the afternoon.
Maximum temperature in the afternoon will be between 19-22 degrees Celsiu in the Western parts, somewhat warmer for the rest of the country. Evening comes, it will drop down to 13-16 degrees Celsius.
The wind will blow from the North-west to the North in zones of the Western region, with speed between 20-35 km per hour. In the rest of the country it will be weak.
There will be dangerous waves today in all northern coast and calm sea in the South coast. |

This morning will see sun and clouds in the West, which will become denser in the afternoon as a consecuence of a new cold front arrival, bringing some showers and rains, quite strong in zones of the North-western coast. In the rest of Cuba, it will be sunny and clear-off clouds, getting partially cloudy in the afternoon with the occurrence of some isolated showers until the dusk.
The average temperature today will be around 25 degrees Celsius, reaching maximum of 27 in the South East parts. At night, the temperature will drop down to 16-19 degrees Celsius in the Western regions, 19-22 for the rest of the country.
The winds will blow from the South to the Southwest in the western region, and from the Southeast to the South in the rest of the country with speed between 10-25 km per hour. Today's predominant weather is forecasted to be overcast all over the country with showers and rains in the Eastern part of Cuba, quite strong in some localities. In the Western and central regions, the rains will be isolated and the cloudiness will diminish from the evening in the west.
The day will be slightly cold, reaching maximum temperature of 22 degrees Celsius in the West and Centre, less colder in the Eastern. At night it will drop to 14-172 degrees Celsius in the West, reaching 25 in the East.
The wind will be fairly strong with average speed of 25-40 km per hour and higher gusts in some parts of the Northern coast.
As a consecuence, there will be dangerous swells at the sea, which could represent danger for shallow draft vessels all over the northern coasts, with possible flooding in low zones. In the South littoral the sea will be predominantly calm.

It will be mainly cloudy in the western region with showers, rains and isolated thuderstorms that will be occur from the end of the morning and will be quite strong in some localities; the clouds and rains will move in the night towards the central provinces with the advance of the cold front. In the Eastern part it will be partially cloudy and will cloud over from the evening with some rains.
The day will be warm, with temperature in the range of 26-29 degrees Celsius, reaching maximum of 33 in some parts of the South-east region. At night the temperature will drop down to 19-22 degrees Celsius.
The wind will blow from the South in the Western, with average speed of 10-25 km per hour, whereas in the rest of the country it will blow from the South-east to the South, never exceeding the speed of 25 km per hour.
From the end of the evening in the west, the wind will turn to the Northwest between 25-40 km per hour, with top squalls.

The weather is hot and sunny all year round. April and May though are especially good. Then you have the most sunny days, low rainfall, low humidity, hot, but not too hot and no hurricanes. In addition, and rather perversely, generally this time, except the Easter week, is “low season”. So, you should see that flights, hotels, package holidays and car rentals are at the lowest rates but with relatively high availability. Please note some Hotels and Car models are popular all year so bookings are advisable as far in advance as possible. |
