Some of the light cuban winter conditions will predominate in the West and Mainland, which will be the main reason for a drop in temperature, although it will still stay between 24-27 degrees Celsius, 28-31 degrees Celsius in the Eastern parts. The night will be cold with maximum temperature around 15-18 degrees Celsius.
The sky will be cloudy in the Eastern region, with the occurrence of some showers and rains, mainly in zones of the northern coast. In the rest of the country it will be mostly sunny with some clouds and low rain probabilities.
The Atlantic ocean will bring some mild wind with average speed of 20 km per hour but in the evening, it can reach speeds of 30 km in zones of the north coast causing the sea to be rough, especially in the North-East. On the south coast the sea will be mild. |

The weather will be overcast in the Western part as a consecuence of a new cold front arrival, bringing showers and rains which will dimisnishing in the afternoon. In the rest of Cuba it will be mostly sunny, getting cloudy in the afternoon in the Mainland with some showers that will be scarce in the East.
The day will still be warm with maximum temperature between 27–30 degrees Celsius, somewhat hotter in the East, reaching maximum temperature around 33, whereas at night it will drop to 21-24 degrees Celsius.
In the western region the wind will blow from the South to the Southwest in the morning with speed between 25-40 km per hour and from the evening it will turn to the Northwest, reaching speed of 15-30 km per hour, superiors in squalls. In the center and east it will blow from the Southeast to the south never exceeding the speed of 25 km per hour and from the end of the night it will turn to the Northwest in the central region with equal speed.
There will be slight unrest of the sea in all the littorals, which will increase gradually in the North western coast becoming to swells with danger for boats at the end of the evening. |

2010-03-28 03:00 WEATHER FORECAST. NATIONWIDE. A beautiful day is expected for today for most of the country, clear-off clouds and sunny, and stay like that all day although some clouds might appear in the afternoon in zones of the inland but with low rain probabilities.
The day will be hot with average temperatures between 31-34 degrees Celsius. At night it will be somewhat fresher but warm nevertheless, 22-25 degrees Celsius.
The eastern wind will be present in the Western part, never exceeding the speed of 25 km per hour. In the rest of the country it will be weak with breezes regime in the afternoon, apart from the North coast where you will experience breezes from Atlantic ocean with speed of 25 km per hour.
There will be some roughness on both Eastern coasts, in the rest of the littorals the sea will be calm. |

The wind will blow from the Northwest in the western and central regions, with average speed between 15-30 km per hour and top squalls in zones of the North coast. In the Eastern region the wind will be weak.
The maximum temperatures will be in the range of 24-27 degrees Celsius in the west and center, reaching 33 degrees Celsius in the South eastern provinces. At night it will drop to 17-20 degrees Celsius, less cold in the rest of the country.

2010-03-21 03:00 WEATHER FORECAST. NATIONWIDE. Today will be another warm day with average temperature in the range of 30-33 degrees Celsius, somewhat hotter in zones of the South-east provinces. The nigh will be modestly colder, 18-21 degrees Celsius in the Western part, whereas in the rest of the country the temperature will be between 23-26.
It will be mostly sunny throughout the country apart from the Eastern region where it will be mainly cloudy with the occurrence of some showers and rains. Later on, the sky will turn partially dimmed and cloudy in the Western region becoming quite overcast in the evening with showers and rains as a consecuence of a new cold front arrival.
In the western region, the wind will blow from the South with speed between 20-35 km per hour and top squalls in zones of the north coast that will diminish from the evening to 25 km per hour. In the rest of the country it will be variable weak, except in zones of the north coast where it will blow from the East to the Southeast never exceeding the speed of 25 km per hour.

The wind will be fairly strong in the western region, blowing from the South to the Southwest with speeds between 45-60 km per hour, with top squalls. The weather is hot and sunny all year round. April and May though are especially good. Then you have the most sunny days, low rainfall, low humidity, hot, but not too hot and no hurricanes. In addition, and rather perversely, generally this time, except the Easter week, is “low season”. So, you should see that flights, hotels, package holidays and car rentals are at the lowest rates but with relatively high availability. Please note some Hotels and Car models are popular all year so bookings are advisable as far in advance as possible. |
